We are very carefully monitoring the situation with regards to the Coronavirus, and are implementing the necessary changes required to ensure that we deliver Primary Care as safely as possible under exceptional circumstances.

For your protection the practice intends to move to a telephone triage system beginning 16th March for all requests for appointments. Please call as normal for an appointment and then an appropriate clinician will call you back. If deemed safe and necessary you will be invited in for a face to face consultation later in the day.

As we are under increase pressures due to the coronavirus outbreak, the number of routine appointments available is reduced. Please consider carefully whether you need to come to the surgery at this time.

To book an appointment please telephone our Reception on 016973 42254.

If you have any symptoms, please self-isolate in line with NHSE guidance https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-stay-at-home-guidance

Patients suffering from fever and acute respiratory symptoms DO NOT visit the surgery, return home and contact our Reception on 016973 42254.

The safety of all patients is of paramount importance to us and we would like to reassure you that we are taking as many precautions as we possibly can. THIS GUIDANCE WILL BE UPDATED AS CIRCUMSTANCE CHANGE.
